Our Projects

We are building two (yes, that's right TWO!) tiny homes in Tennessee to be part of the existing vacation rental program offered in the community.  We purchased the land, planned each house and made all cosmetic selections. Despite the pandemic setbacks, both houses are currently under construction!  We currently expect an April 2022 completion date for both homes.  This community is located 50 minutes northwest of Chattanooga and 1.5 hours from Nashville. It is nestled in a quaint area of the Cumberland Plateau surrounded by natural beauty, access to water falls and hiking trails and close proximity to state parks and natural areas. 

August 12th, 2022 Update - We FINALLY closed on both houses!  We are now moving on to the furnishing and outfitting phase while the builder completes some post-closing punch list items.

August 27th, 2022 Update - Both homes are furnished and ready to go! Check out the photos of the finished products.

How much is your retirement account making for you? We have access to passive investment offerings with great returns! We passively invested funds from our retirement account into a real estate development project overseas.  This project is the development of an island into a cruise and inland passenger day use facility located in the Bahamas.  We have partnered with other investors to build the minimum buy-in amount so we could all invest smaller amounts.  We are expecting a 25% return on our investment.  

July 2, 2021 Update - The Bahamian government has issued the preliminary approval needed to move forward on the items required for final approval of this project.  Everything is still on schedule at this time for a full return on investment to be received some time between October 2021 through February 2022.
