About Us

Valerie is a licensed Realtor® with Keller Williams Realty Partners in the state of Georgia and has experience in residential real estate purchases and sales. She also has a legal assistant, customer service and business administration background which lends to her attention to details, project organization and successful business interactions.

Larry is the Vice President of a technology contracting company. He has an extensive background in project management & construction, sales, customer service and business management.  As Vice President he manages the P&L and general finances for the company. Larry’s 20+ years of experience in these areas provides insight to many aspects of real estate investing. 

Our Big Why is the driving reason we do what we do, what matters most to us. So, what is Dream Growers Big Why? Once we were introduced to the world of real estate investing, we knew right away it is the path we wanted to follow to achieve our goals. We took courses with an internationally recognized real estate investing education company and received coaching from successful real estate investors to learn how to execute several different strategies. Originally our goals were simple and revolved solely around us. We wanted to set ourselves up for a comfortable retirement from the 9-5 grind, teach our daughter how to successfully invest in real estate, assist with starting her own investment portfolio and create generational wealth to pass on.  After we pinpointed those goals, we started thinking about friends and family and our Big Why evolved. We decided to think inside and outside the box to create ways to involve people we care about in our investing strategies to accomplish a win-win for everyone.  Now, our Big Why continues to evolve. On our investment journey we enjoy meeting like-minded people and would love to work together to create winning partnerships and lasting relationships.
